Conference will take place in Novosibirsk Akademgorodok which is located not far from the centre of Novosibirsk and from Novosibirsk international airport. There are about 40 research institutes and Novosibirsk State University.

Climate. At the beginning of August an average temperature in Novosibirsk is about +20 during the day and about +15 in the night.
